If you purchase a USDA organic Certified bulk product and repackage, can the label bear the USDA Organic Seal?
There will be no alterations made to the product. It will just be repackaged for retail sale. Is there any registration involved in repackaging the product or any additional steps?
It depends on the product, how much of the product, and what you are doing to it.
