I want to start eating more organically; tips?
I am a college freshman, and to avoid gaining the 15 and to lose weight, I want to buy more organically at the grocery store. I don’t have an oven, so everything I eat is basically raw. What are some staples of organic foods that I need? Thanks!
Well anything from the organic section of your grocery store would be organic foods. If you are looking for organic fruits and vegetables you usually have to go to a specialty store. I will warn you – eating organic is very expensive.
If you are interested in a raw food diet, please see the attached link. All the following can be eaten raw:
Fresh fruits and vegetables
Nuts
Seeds
Beans
Grains
Legumes
Dried fruit
Seaweed
Unprocessed organic or natural foods
Freshly juiced fruit and vegetables
Purified water
Young coconut milk
