breakfast- apple,organic granola bar, and a big glass of orange juice
lunch- a bowl of this whole grain kashi organic no sugar added cereal
dinner- a taco salad with chicken
is that okay? is it too much, too little, or should i be eating more of one kind of food?
Too many carbs. You should try and focus on eating a balanced meal at lunch (like a salad with something for protein), although your breakfast and dinner were good.
